One of the main reasons why some business owners are hesitant in hiring virtual assistants is that they think that they can’t keep the VA busy enough. Most think that they’ll run out of tasks they can delegate to virtual assistant. 
You don’t need to worry too much, if you want a VA, go get one. Stop worrying about the tasks you’ll be delegating, you’ll never run out of them. But if you are not comfortable hiring a fulltime VA, then you can opt for a part-time virtual assistant.
Once you get started working with a VA, you’ll suddenly realize that you have a lot of tasks that you shouldn’t be doing yourself. Start assigning those tasks to your VA so that you can free up your time and focus on core functions of your business. That is, instead of wasting precious hours filtering emails and updating your social media accounts yourself, you can ask your VA to do this for you so that you can get on the phone to do some serious business talks with your clients.
